not the norm for sure, but not unheard of either - really low mileage cars are getting harder and harder to come by



like most rare or collector cars, i expect the prices on really clean and low mileage cars to go up, not down, especially the cabs, because they have a bit less dated look - higher mileage, and less than immaculate cars will likely continue to go down, though based on recent trends, it seems the hatchbacks are falling faster than the cabs



this is always a weird time of year though, as panic sellers drop their prices on hatchbacks, and the cab prices are coming into their highest price season



silver lining - this is good news for racers

I noted the buyer is 'sloopjohnbell'. Maybe not uncoincidentally, John Bell is the human behind 'dphiloxon', a huge Porsche literature seller on e-Bay. If it's the same guy, the car will soon reside in San Diego, not far from it's current home.

Flash - That might have been the one that I bought. 1992 cap tip, 35,000 km, one owner, seems to be basically flawless, $31,900 Canadian dollars. I have tried to attach a photo.
