My instrument cluster lights went out completely today. Parking lamps and headlamps also went out. Headlamps wont raise either.. any idea what might have gone wrong this time?

Weird electrical problems on a 968? First thing check the grounds at the front and rear of the engine compartment, and in the battery box.

I would think there is more than just one fuse or one relay ( probably a few separate ones...) for all those lights , so unlikely they all failed simultaneously, but couldn't hurt to check that .

plug fell out the back of the cluster?

That plug is a pain, I found a little lube on the slides (not the contacts) made it easier to connect.

 

Given the range of the problems, perhaps you have something bad happening in the fuse box connections. There have been reports of problems on the bottom side of the fuse connections.
