You will find the blue hose in the clutch section, as thats the fluid feed for the clutch
The top hose is item 23, about $100 if I remember correctly, and I dont know why anyone would fit a temp sensor there as its the cold feed from the radiator, and you have a water temp gauge in the dash, I am sure I would not cut a brand new $100 hose and add two more places for a water leak

I understand the feeling of knowing the value of the temp, but if was not there you would be none the wiser
You could buy a sensor to fit in the bleed valve hole, and it will be hidden by the fuel rail cover, much better than chopping a new hose, or see if you can make a hose up with silicone from Lindsey racing
I guess the oil temp and pressure is coming from a sandwich plate under the oil filter or the oil pressure switch has been tapped into

Hose Is 944 106 239 11 $69, from porsche
blue hose 999.181.021.50 $36 From Porsche, should be cut to 270mm long, At that price i would find a VW shop and buy some blue hose from them, it's the same stuff
