I have deleted my airbag steering wheel and installed a 3 spoke Momo race steering wheel with the Snap-off quick release. i can't get my horn to work. I have read the posts.

What do I do with the brown wire that is under my dash and was previously connected to the horn contact ring?

Generally s/wheel mfg's provide instructions on how to adapt the horn circuit or offer a horn button kit. Check with the vendor were it was purchased...

Does this quick release hub have a horn contact wiper ring on the back? It sounds like a race piece and probably wouldn't have a horn function.

it is a momo race steering wheel and snap-off race quick release

I did get my horn to work

the brown wire does not get reconnected to anything

I just had to bend the horn contact wiper more so it made better contact with the contact ring of the momo adapter and also improve the contact between the connection on the snap-off base plate to the momo horn button contact
