Hi Everyone, I've just purchased a 1994 968 Sport, in amethyst violet , a colour that I love but my family are very amused by. It's very neglected (oil leaks, poor paint, leaking sunroof, split roof lining, all exterior trim rubbers perished and rust around the rear quarter by the battery tray) so I'm going to tidy it up, give it a comprehensive service then drive it and hopefully track it.

Welcome to the forum. You have a love / hate relationship ahead of you but well worth the time and trouble. I lived down in Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey, 5 miles below Heathrow for a few years and loved every minute of it. Keep us posted as you make headway on your new toy.
