drop in hid kits are extremeley low quality, work very poorly, and make for unsafe driving conditions for you and everyone else on the road.
Further more, that information is a complete contradiction.
HID bulbs run at 35 W... those are listed as 45W/65W and 55W... whatever that means. I assume they're just some replacement halogen bulbs with a blue filter on them to try to make them look pretty. Unfortunately, these filters that cause the color also result in a significant loss in light output.
I'd stay away if you drive your car at night.
