As the mad dash for turkey and family starts today I just wanted to say a Happy Thanksgiving to you all.
I am thankful for the health of my family and friends.
I am thankful that (so far) we have weathered this terrible economy.
I am thankful that I have a happy home, and a wife who loves me and supports this mad 968 obsession.

I am thankful for having 80kms of unrestricted autobahn within an hour's drive from my home
I am thankful for all the advice I get for free here on the forum
I am thankful that due to this help I get so save lotsa money by doing things myself

There is much to be thankful for in the Vais residence this year. We are celebrating Thanksgiving with my family in our home for the first time in 12 years. Our Son's journey through the world of drugs, resulted in many things, not the least of which was that the house was ransacked by people looking for him and drugs. The interior was trashed. In the years that have passed there were no resources to get things set right, we are only just beginning now 10 years after the incident.
Our Son is doing well, clean and sober, and on the verge of a career opportunity that may be life changing for him and us as well. I am thankful for every day that he is with us and that he has overcome and learned to live with his addiction.
