Hello.
I'm the happy new owner of a ´95 968 CS . The car is that not so discreet blue with matching wheels. It has Leda coilovers and some other little things but the engine and such is still bone stock. Plans for the future is to initially gather as much info and knowledge about the 968 as possible and then get greasy.
Rgds,

Thanks for the warm welcome!
The 968 in Sweden is becoming a less common sight on the roads, not so much because the are taken out of service but rather because they have taken the critical step from a nice daily driver to a more true enthusiast car. So if you visit the right roads on a sunny Sunday you could get lucky. Today, not even aircooled 911 owners have anything bad to say about the 968...
I'll post pics asap. My 968 has the rugged aura of a car that has been well maintained while at the same time being frequently used (not abused) around the track. It needs some tlc (cosmetical) but nothing major. Full service with all fluids/belts/chain/filters is being taken care of as of now. Then I'll try to lose some weight (AC delete, exhaust, lightweight battery, lexan windows + I've always wanted to learn how to fab stuff in carbon fibre, maybe it is time now...). A turbo rear wing would be really nice together with the front lip.
It's a German version CS, non M030 but with M220, AC and leather seats (removed in favour of Sparco's together with a matching steering wheel).

[quote name='Torbjorn968' post='66571' date='Feb 6 2009, 12:09 AM']Hello Magnus!
Who did you buy it from? Only 50 or so in Sweden and I have them all on file :-). Check the Swedish
www.944sverige.com forum.
Greetings from Stockholm

Hello Torbjörn.
Since money has not yet exchanged hands I'd like to keep the identity of the car and seller a secret for now. As soon as the deal is settled, I'll post pictures of the car - I think that you'll recognize it.
I'm a member of 944sverige already, same username.
See you around!
