Hello- I am a rancher needing a playful diversion from the grunt work of the ranch. I have had a '73 911 S, a '70 911 S. along with a Ferrari 308 GT4 and a MB 300 SEL 6.3 in the past, but now just have diesel pickups and a 2010 Prius ( which is actually a pretty fun ride ). We are fortunate to have good, open roads with gorgeous scenery and little traffic here, so it is possible to drive the cars as they were meant to be driven. Just returned from California, where there are great cars and great roads, but I don't know how people can deal with that traffic. I am looking for a really good example of a 94 or 95 968 coupe. Was thinking of a Cayman coupe, but they're a little too new ( expensive ) and flashy. Love the idea of a 4 cylinder with real performance and something not horribly difficult to work on. Joining the Porsche club as a way to access classifieds, realize I will be dealing long distance while searching, hoping this site can be helpful too. Looking forward to learning from you 968 lovers.
