i am having a hard time understanding why a few of those are on there - i thought these were supposed to be running cars with little value (less than $4800)

a DB7??????

a 2002 denali?

a 2000 jag XK8 convertible?

quite a few that don't make sense to me - flood cars?

Couple of 2006 Roush Stage 3 F150's. Spend 50k+ on a truck then trade it in for $4500? A 1997 Rolls Royce? Three Maserati's? There are a lot of cars that don't make a lot of sense. Why the dealership didn't step in and say I will give you $5k for the car instead is beyond me.

a smart person would have been stalking those dealerships

i'm wondering if some of the dealerships actually took the cars to resell them instead of destroy them - give the buyer their 4800 or whatever off of their car, and rather than wait for the rebate, sell the car for a profit

If they made it to that list the paperwork was turned in. So if the dealership didn't destroy the motor they are looking at a $15k fine.
