This has happened to me on two separate occasions; I'm at a track event. I drive hard for 20 minutes, let the car rest for about an hour, drive hard for 20 minutes etc. The car is working perfectly. About half an hour after the final session, I head for home at normal (painfully slow) road speed. Suddenly the red ! comes on, and the car slowly comes to a halt. This happens two or three times within five minutes. Then everything is back to normal.
Does anyone recognize this behavior?
It's as if she doesn't want to leave the track (and I don't blame her).
