Nice ride Pete and welcome to the club. You folks on that side of the pond are lucky to have so many CSs.

How is my 968 Coupe different than a CS? What are the major differences?

Thanks,

968 CS lowered the ride height by an inch, 17" Wheels stock (I believe) stiffened the springs and dampers, reduced 50 kg weight by deleting equipment (air-con, power windows, leather seats, heavy hi-fi etc.) Of course some people put those wight items back in as an option

Wow! That is a keeper for sure Pete, thanks for sharing with us. We are very envious of the Club Sport. I have spent several years and a lot of $ trying to make mine similar to the Club Sport. So far I have changed the steering wheel to the 3 spoke, non-airbag wheel; exchanged the rear folding seats for the flat package shelf (with the cabriolet "cubby storage compartments with locking doors); installed M030 anti-sway bars, lowering springs, stiffer torsion bars and M030 front brakes with the 928S4 proportion valve. I have also added a strut brace and a harness brace. The handling is even better that stock. Good luck and welcome to the 968 Community! Bob Blackwell.

Great looking car inside and out. looking at the paint in those pics, one wouldnt think the car was over 10 years old. I also like your wheels.

PS. looking at the line up down the street, you put your neighbors to shame

I live in Noordwijk. It is nice to see some other dutch owners on this forum of a car that probably is very rare in our small country.
