Quote:Are there any class mods that are allowed that you have not made to your car that would have allowed a NA 968 to run with the well developed EVOs, SRT4s, Civics...?
The only area where the car has a deficit is in horsepower. I think with a built engine the car would be right at the front. I'm still running the original unopened engine, which now has a LOT of track miles on it. A fresh, blueprinted engine with the head shaved for max compression and proper engine tuning would be a big improvement. Unfortunately, my budget is too small for major engine work.
Quote:What power do the hondas run then?
I don't know exactly, but they are far from stock. Different cars are allowed to prep to different levels in attempt to equalize the field. The 968 is supposed to be stock from throttle body to exhaust port.
Quote:By the way, don't suppose you want to sell your endurance lights now you've had to revert to stock due to class
Nope, I justed added the lights back to temporarily help get the car up to minimum weight.
