Auto Transport Delivery Schedules ....BS??
#1

This may not be the correct place to post this question, but:....

I had my 968 picked up in San Fran last Thursday, with a delivery date in Houston of 5/15/13, Wednesday.

I called the driver on Monday afternoon for an update and he told me it would be the end of the week.

On Wednesday I received a call from the Broker/Agent stating that the car would not be delivered until Friday do to delays.( and they appologized yadi, yadi, yada)

I called the driver this afternoon and I could tell from his bewildered response I wasn't going to be seeing my car today either.

The car has been riding around Texas since Tuesday and it looks like it will be Monday or Tueday B-4 I see it.

I have ripped the customer service people a couple of new openings to vent my frustration!

Are transport companies the lying dogs I believe them to be. Tell the customer anything, just get the sale!! Or am I just taking this too personally?

Anyone have a similar experience?? or is it just my luck, or rather, lack there of?

yup - you can't count on those people. they hang around hoping to fill the truck and make the run more profitable. unfortunately this gives them even more time to damage your car.

good luck
