Anybody want to guess what my car weighs now?

Cloud,

I agree with you about the snap-overseer issue on a stock 968. I experience the same issue...and was somewhat hesitant to say anything because too many are overly enthusiastic about the 968 to consider it might have a fault or two. I find it annoying and will be working to improve it.

Yes, I know it's not a mid-engined slot car (I have had several Porsche and non-Porsche mid-engined cars) , so I know my biases...but, I'd prefer to remove the issue and work on my limitations vs. the car's limitations...

I’ve found that with the snap oversteer issue that our car will let you know it’s coming. One merely needs to feel and respond to this seat of the pants info. The response time must be instantaneous. I actually practice balance on a bosu, not sure if this is spelled correctly, ball to simulate this experience. Now mind you I can’t say I’ve had this problem on the street only on the track.

Very funny. Let me rephrase my comment. The exercise is done standing up on the ball and doing squats. The stogie and hooch are only done in my garage!
