amazing new iphone software
#1

i didn't realize that foreign languages were a part of the new update - i decided to finally update my software on my iphone yesterday, and to my amazement it automatically learned dutch

this was extremely cool................if you spoke dutch!

unfortunately, it also lost the ability to speak english

weirdest thing i ever saw - after failed attempts at reloads and such, i ultimately had to completely wipe the phone out and start over to correct it

perfect - now you can post replies in dutch to the members we have in Holland - at least two of them I think..

is this the new iPhone which was released a few of days ago ? ( not that it matters, that one will be obsolete in about one month, at the rate Apple changes / upgrades its products.. )

too true - my phone is the 3G - i got it after having my brand new 2G only 6 months - they just came out with the 3GS - the 4G is right behind it - not sure what they are thinking - must be a different thought process in the netherlands

Beautifull language that Dutch!. Lekker makkelijk schrijven ook en lezen nog veel sneller. Net zo snel als een Porsche zou moeten zijn.

See what you started, Flash ? I now have to cut and paste the posts in Google Translator to see what our friends are saying.
Funny though, I keep getting a message indicating that while indigenous to Dutch culture, translating " finger in a dyke " is barred by the software. Hmm, I must have spelled "finger" incorrectly.

Actually, there is minimum 12. They are on your handy dandy Member Map. (Insert shameless plug here)

I seem to remember seeing all the different country versions available for download when I was doing my latest update. Maybe you hit one by mistake???

very possible - not sure what happened - it's fixed now though - fortunately i did not make the stupid mistake of downloading apps directly to the phone - i downloaded them to the computer, where they are stored and can be reinstalled without paying for them again
