And now a question from an ignoramus ( I have no idea if the dynamics here work in a simple add/subtract manner or if there's more to it than meets the eye.. [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dry.gif[/img] )

Would 30mph to 130mph be simply 27.8 sec ? Or , say, 60mph to 100 mph be 9.6 sec ?

yes, though you would have to know what gears to be in to match that - it does not say in the article where they shifted
