What components make up a complete 968 Workshop Manual? The 968 piece by itself seems a little slim. Is the whole story told by adding the 944 Workshop Manual (6 vols)? Does the 944 Turbo Workshop Manual add any needed info? How about supplements - Which are needed and what are they?

It sounds like you are collecting the paper version? The 944 manual is required to complete the set, as there are some omissions in the 968 manual and the index refers you to the 944 manual. Look in the DIY Library for a list of supplements.
