I have a small slit in my rear bumper where someone backed into it at the store <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/mad.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> , probably about 3" long. Anyone know of any good ways/products to repair with, or is my only option to get a whole new bumper and have it painted. Any help would be most appreciated. thanks Tate

[quote name='bob blackwell' date='Sep 26 2006, 02:22 PM']Tate, there is a bumper repair kit available at Pep Boys and other auto supply stores. It is a polyurethane repair kit which is two part and remains flexible after it cures. Prep the damaged area as if you are going to paint, use the goop in the repair kit to fill in the damaged area, let it cure and then prep, paint and polish. Not very expensive either. I used it on the under door and rear fender pieces. Good luck, Bob Blackwell.

Thanks for all the replys, Bob that was the information I was looking for. I'm trying to eliminate the body shop. If possible I like doing it myself first. I will try that kit first and let you know how it turns out.
I will post some pics of the turbo converstion this evening
