My name is Alex, and I've owned two 944's.
I actually am on this forum because of a not so savvy family member has been consistantly asking for help regarding her 1994 968.

It is a 1994 968 cabriolet, with the triptonic automatic transmission. I must admit, I was not enthused when I first got in to drive a triptonic, but the 968 was very VERY smooth. Must be the 16V? Or the vario cam? I'm unsure.

Hopefully this forum can help me solve all the current problems, and prevent future ones [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif[/img]

Welcome Alex.

There are a ton of members both new and old that once owned 944's. Great cars. You will be able to find a wealth of info on common issues and DIYs here. If a search doesn't turn up anything speak up. Someone is bound to help.

Do you still have the 944? If not, whats your current speed fix?
