I believe in that's how it works in the U.K . Any of our members there, or someone here familiar with the legal system there who can confirm that ?

I don't know about the UK, but in Belgium, when you sue somebody, and you loose, you pay for the legal costs AND for the lawyer of the opposition.



My guess it's pretty much the same deal in every EU country. You think twice before you sue sombody without any good reason.
