First, try a different DME relay that is known to work.
Does the tach bounce? If not, you could have an intermittent failure in the cam or crank sensor.
Next, determine if it is fuel or ignition. When it won't start, give it a shot of fuel in the intake and see if it fires up. If it does, the problem is somewhere in the fuel system.
I have seen ignition coils shut down when they got hot, then start working again once everything cools down.

Hi
possibly will need to replace the fuel pressure valve in the end of the fuel pump,
if the pressure drops when the engine is hot, the fuel turns to vapor in the fuel rail and injectors, car wont start,
when you say wont start is it cranking over and no fire? or no crank,

If you crank it. You mean no fire. No fire is no spark? Or not any fuel? The Fuelpump is in the back and you can direct connect a battery to it. So you can check this. Will it start. Then you have a wiring issue.
If it wont start. You have to check the fuelpressure and volume at the injectorrail.
But first of all. Are the sparkplugs wet when you try to crank it when it is a nofire?
Any sparks at all?
You must start from scratch and check all possibilities.

Which sensor did you replace
The one at the front above the oil filter or the totally impossible to get at one at the rear of the engine?
The front one on the camshaft will not stop it starting, the rear one will
If you do not get a bouncing tacho when cranking it will be the rear sensor, or wiring to the ECU
