Just had Georgia emissions run on my 968 yesterday. They put it on a little dyno and hold the RPMs at a couple of different levels. This is a 1992 968 with 137k miles and no modifications that I know of.

Nice. I seem to remember Clarkson saying that the air coming out of the exhaust on the 968 was cleaner than the air going in.

Mine was tested in August.



At 2500 RPM:

HC ppm: 26

CO %: 0.3

CO+CO2%: 15



At idle:

HC ppm: 51

CO% :0.4

CO+CO2%: 15



Looking at the differences between your numbers and mine is interesting. I wonder if I should be worried about the state of my cat?
