the new software is now up and running. still tweaking a couple of minor things, but nothing of consequence. it will look very much the same as before. it was only an update, and not a full version change. we have better spam filtering, and a few new additional features, like stuff in the garage. have fun.
thanks again to josh for geeking out on this

Thank you Josh...for all the wonderful things you do (the Wizard or Forums).

Folks,
A few people have experienced some technical difficulties over the past couple of days. These are related to the software update and should be substantially behind us at this point.
My own personal experience is that it was helpful to clear my cache (including cookies) and browsing history to make everything work as it should.
Thanks for your patience as we make 968Forums better than ever.

Jay, I also find it helpful to clear my browsing history ( but that's another story altogether, has nothing to do with the forum...) LOL,

Have not been able to see the "Full Version" on my iPhone since the update.
Just checked it again, after and still does not work...

So out of curiosity has the upgrade actually been done? or is it still in the works. How will we the outsiders know when it actually was done and who should we report problems to if there are any problems to report?

It's not possible either to see which and how many members are online.
Clearing Safari's history and data didn't make any difference.
If I find more stuff to be out of whack, I'll report here :-)

The same problems persist on a PC too. Just saying.
