Nice, but I think there will be a bidding war on these.

Maybe I am nuts but it seems that the pictures I have seen of the Turbo RS cars is that the fog lamps are not there and the area is used for air flow??

Most likely just regular 968 fog lights, the French fog lights are yellow.

What's the attraction to them? IMO, our cars look much better with the clear lens. If the yellow lighting was an issue for fog, couldn't you just substitute a yellow bulb and maintain the "clean" look, of the clear foglamps? Just wondering.

yellow is a better color of lighting for night driving, not just fog. the human eye sees best in yellow light (superman likes it too).
i always wanted these, and for a long time was told they were unobtanium. so, i bought them when the opportunity arose. beyond the better lighting, i think i will like the look of the ROW amber lenses next to the yellow fog/driving lights, though they are a different color, and that may bug me. i may or may not like them, but at least this way i can make up my mind with my car standing in front of me.
i time will tell.

That is what would bother me. The 2 different yellows. That is why I asked about a bulb substitution instead. Maybe post pics after you install and take a poll? LOL!

sounds good. i'm just as interested to see how it turns out, and i was willing to spend the money to find out.

yeah - stuff looks pretty different on a white car. i hate it on white, but might like it on midnight blue. not sure yet.

I still like the clear. Doesn't PIAA make a yellow bulb that would serve the same function for much less money? I can see where you are coming from an aesthetic perspective, though. How would it effect the high beam function of the fog light? Create a combination of yellow and white light, that may improve vision?
