Saga continues,
Shop calls they have my wheels back from being fixed (some other thread about how this shop Effed them up in the first place). He said got bad news for you... He pulled the wheels out of the box and their are still scratches on both wheels!!!!!! I am furious to say the least, I was speechless. He said he would have the service expedited blah blah blah. I got off of the phone.
I gathered myself and called the shop back, explained that I have been borrowing cars getting rides ect... he comes back what do you want a rental car? Yeah that would be great. Well I can't authorize that. WTF. I told him to get his store manager (out of the office today) on the phone that this is not working for me!!! I am so pissed someone please give me some ideas \ something ...
other info:
Goodyear tire center (I know but i used to know the manager before he retired) messed up the wheels while mounting tires, they sent them to Tognotti's (spelling?) auto center to be fixed, Tognotti's sends them somewhere else to be done I later learned.
