The first is a speaker enclosure under the driver's side armrest. It is ABS plastic and the speaker, crossover and a wiring harness are mounted to it. I only need the plastic portion.

This is the cover for the components and the forward area of this forms the pocket at the front of the door. This part is made of plastic coated with carpet in some areas and speaker grill mesh in other areas:
