if you weren't concerned about originality, any upholstery shop could make one for about $50

heck, if you're handy with a sewing machine, about $20 in fabric and a bit of velcro, and you'd be there

Hey Phil,

I had one with my '87 944 - same size roof. It was OEM, with zipper closure and straps to hold it down in the back. Well, the darn thing was such a tight fit, which took some much wiggling and jiggling to get the roof in I just folded it up one day and tossed it in the garage. I gave it away with the car when I sold it.

I would definately recommend making one, which will be, IMHO, much better than OEM, and probably much cheaper too.
