Variocam chain
#1

I have a new variocam chain someone can have for $15 plus shipping. I elected to go with the racing chain on Raj's advice, but I already bought the OEM one. It's still in the bag. Larry

I also have the OEM chain in the bag. Was there a visible difference between the two chains? At this time, given that the OEM chain that's in the car has nearly 110k miles on it, I can't say that I'm dissatisfied with its performance, but there's always the goal of getting better.

Raj says the racing chain does not streach like the OEM. Mine made it 135,000 miles, but the racing chain was only $35 so I elected to go with it. Anything to make me feel better at the redline with 136,000 miles. Larry
