I would like change these tires out and get the right torque setting on them. However I cant find the setting. Can some one help with this?

Yes, that's right. Although Flash made an interesting point that if you use anti-seize (which I always do), you need to apply slighty more torque than if you don't, though he wasn't sure how much. Maybe a nice round 100 lb-ft would be in order if you use grease on your lug studs.
