Throttle cable retainer

Although an unlikely event, having the throttle cable pop off the pulley would be bad. Here is a simple solution. Made from plated and rubberized retaining clamp. the arch of the clamp rides just over the pulley, but does not touch it. Slack cable does not easily slip off pulley with this design......
