i am certainly enjoying the recent attention these cars are getting. it bodes well for anybody selling a special one, and doesn't hurt anybody selling a normal one either. it may also tend to make some people rethink whether they keep their car or not. this generally helps with keeping the community alive and active, and upgrades the owner base to collectors more than mere owners. what you end up with is a smaller number of cars, which would happen either way, but a higher level of condition of the ones that remain.
not good news for buyers though, and if somebody is thinking about buying one, they should do it now, before prices are on the moon, like they are now with 993 turbos.
