lol - even if your conspiracy theory is true, unfortunately you won't be able to assert the argument, as it would be admitting guilt.
an attorney may be the only way to get on the judge's good side, so to speak, which in traffic court is all that really matters. i'd take bill up on his offer for sure.

conspiracy theory? No, that would be if I thought they were only out to ticket me. Consorted effort to use law enforcement fines to raise city/county capital? It would be harder, in my mind, to discredit that.

24 tickets and they let you teach traffic school? <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/biggrin.png" class="smilie" alt="" />
I'm not going to bring up any theory I think happened or didn't. I know that would be stupid...but it doesn't mean its not going down like that. The only way to beat it is to drive the speed limit...and even then, who knows what they might come up with.

I'm glad it held up since I sold the car to you! It ran great when I took it to Paso. I'm surprised that coolant leak is still a problem. Let me know when you finally get that resolved.
The AC sure does work well. I think the R12 is better than R134a, and fortunately your car has not been converted.
Sorry about the ticket! Dang. The second time I drove that car, I got a red light ticket at Alhambra and J in Midtown Sacramento! The good news is I used an online attorney and just found out two weeks ago that I beat it! I paid $149 to the attorney, and had to pay $480 up front. Now I am awaiting my refund. What a crock. Pay first and they refund you when they get around tot it. Attorney was well worth the $149, obviously.
My '94 will be out of the body shop with the new paint job next week, then supercharger August 2. I'm dying without a 968 to drive! I'll give you a call when I pick it up in Sacramento so you can check it out before I take it down to Flash's.

Hey Sam,
It's just a small hole in the wall, two-man shop in North Sac. PIM me and I'll give you their number.
