Signed, Sealed & Delivered
#1

Well, I did it. I've now joined the ranks of 968 ownership. Got a nice 1994.5 968 Coupe. Guards Red on black. 109,xxx miles. More than I wanted but the extensive service history made me feel pretty good. It's a track day car and I'm going to make a little more streetable than it currently is. You name the known 968 issue and this guy had it addressed. No accidents. All original paint. Lot's of cool upgrades. No squeaks or rattles. Very soild. Only the gas cap and rear spoiler are showing a little faded paint. Suspension is a little too aggressive for everyday driving. I might have to make some changes there. But he also gave me enough original and spare parts to fill up the entire rear of a Volvo XC90. Bilstein Coilovers, camber plates, Charley Arms, Roll cage. Fanatical service from Fairfield County Motorsports. More photos to come...

I was very impressed with FCMS. Eat off the floor clean. Awesome Porsches of all types on the lifts. Those guys really know their stuff. I wish they were about 4 hours closer and I would bring it back there for service.

Schweeet. You're definitely going the opposite direction from most folks though. We all buy a decent street car and try to stiffen it up, add hp and make it go faster. Will be interesting to follow your progress as you back it down to where you want it.
