The duct on the hood if that is what it is is different!

Driving behind one must have been cool. Following them home, sneaking into their driveway, and photographing them was a bit much, don't you think?

Looks a bit like a 'Vette from the windshield back, doesn't it?

I first came across the SS1 when i collected models. Loved the look of it, still do. After attending countless car shows and being around all types of car people, I have yet to ever see one in person. Come to think of it, I've only read one or two reviews on it and have never even seen live video of one. You just don't hear about them. But as we all know, Cali's a great place for a car guy. Live there long enough and you'll see just about everything.

FYI- He pulled the pics from the web. I don't think the first comment about "both of those cars" was a jk. but maybe it was.

Ha, bunch of comedians.. funny posts for sure. The one I drove behind, and briefly next to it also before it took an exit, ( he wasn't speeding, just nicely cruising along ) was a red one, and I did try to take a photo of it but the resolution on my phone camera is not all that great so had to pull the pics off the web, otherwise no one would identify what the heck that vehicle was..

I actually did not like the rear as much as the side and front, from as much as I could see of the front anyway as he was exiting that road. That's another reason I wanted to see the whole image on the web. But again, that sound was fantastic ; not the Harley-like and way to loud ( IMO ) rumble of a 427 Cobra, and not the screaming Ferrari tune, but something between a Vette and a Mustang, yet slightly more pronounced than either/or and with just a subtle touch of that 427 rumble.
