Sacramento 968 roundup
#21

I was surprised too...not a single one. I can't speak for the rest, but mine is a daily driver (30K miles per year) and I like the quieter ride. I don't worry about snow, rain, or 100+degree days with the top down either.

Having room for a small kid (under 12 years) too when absolutely necessary for the those frequent PCA family outings was the clencher!

Can we get a cab or two on the next trip? Time will tell; the more the merrier!

Well today was great admiring each others cars and driving them just how they like to be driven. Racked up ~350 miles this weekend between the 2 drives. All was well until I left to go to Costco this afternoon and didn't even get her out of the neighborhood when... check out the post in Technical forums. Not a good end to this great weekend!!!

Well, somebody had to drive the 968 and R2D2 wasn't available for the photo-shoot. But I figured with my rounded-chromium dome, nobody would know the difference.

Thanks all! We had a a blast! VERY nice people and a true pleasure to meet all of you, and be able to put faces to those phone and forum conversations. Everyone was thoughtful and no one was uptight, as can happen when you get a group of car nuts together . Sign me up for next month too... Where are we going this time????? Tahoe for lunch?

Thanks,

Silver BLT
