In our testing of performance cams for the 968 we have been less than succesful. The ones I tested did give a performance upgrade but with a loss of midrange torque. I just received a call from the cam developer with some positive results. I will be testing the new cams on the dyno soon. YEAH!!!
I'm looking for a across the board performance upgrade without any loss of drivability. I believe this is possible. Just tricky with the Varocam.
