Saturday, the Metro NY PCA chapter held an open house at Autosport Designs in Huntington, LI. They were in the process of preparing two Aston Martin DBRS9's for the Speed Challenge (SCCA) Series where they will be running against the Vipers, Corvettes, Caddy's, etc. First race is at Sebring. This is not the LeMans series where AM is running a DBR9. These are supposedly the only two of their kind and were still being set up for their first race. A link below is to their web site.
Also got to see what looked to be a condition 1 550 Spyder. It looked and sounded authentic. Also a gorgeous 250 SWB Berlinetta and some real exotics, a DeTomaso Mangusta and an AMX prototype. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/laugh.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />
