When i start my 93 Cab both the Radio and External Temp gauge wont turn on, sometimes after a while they will come on together but sometimes not usually takes like 10 mins or so
seems like they dont know the car has started
they definitely do it together, always noticed the radio and ext temp gauge both out and on at the same time

I'm pretty sure the share the same fuse.
Check to see if the fuse is making good contact. One of the spades could be a little loose.

Fuse 11 lists exterior temp display BUT exterior temp display is also listed under fuse 36, which is the radio. Start by checking to make sure you don't have an intermittant connection on fuse 36. Hope that helps!
