Had thoughts about doing this for some time but thought it might look a little too "racer rick". I thought a windsheild banner would look good on a 968. Sunset sells an OEM one for $120!! That's an expensive sticker. Found a place online that does them.

I had one on my car a while back and loved it. It was a semi-transparent version of the letters "Porsche" so it did not stand out the way the red version does. Very subtle. However, when the windshield cracked and had to be replaced I did not put on another one. It really is a matter of preference. I think it looks good either way. Just my 2 cents.

you can always fill in the rear badge with another color if that's your thing. personally i like the look on this black car:
