That was my thinking as well. I'm pretty sure I'll always want a pure sports car with a 6 speed gearbox. But for a DD I'm really enjoying my hybrid. Good MPG, good looks IMO, Safe, roomy, full of gizmos and fast despite the weight. I also like the volt. i hear the owners fill up like once a month as they go about 40 miles on elec alone without any use of the ICE.
I love my 968 for what it is & don't hate it for what it isn't!
