What happens if i buy them and ship to u?

Does that legally save import duties?

No the customs charges are applied this end not your end


But the postage might well be cheaper, with most eBay sellers quoting anything upto 100 dollars postage for parts that weigh less that 8oz

if you do go for it, i can say that they worked great in the blue car.

 

as for avoiding customs, they x-ray most everything.  if they find anything weird, they open it.  if they find new packaging, they ding you.  there are ways to get around it though.  there are services you can employ that specialize in importing stuff.  may not make sense though on a one-off.  we import a lot of stuff, so it works for us.

Paragon isn't an eBay shipper and I've found their shipping rates reasonable. Work up an order on their web site and their system should price shipping. Can't imagine import on $50-$100 would be that much, would it?

Thanks guys, I will sort it out when I return from Rhodes at the end of the month


Think the import duty will be about 20 dollars


When Im back we can sort out a paypal transfer and get it ordered
