Looks like it would shoot some 3' flames between shifts.
Probably one hell of a ride.

One that bothers me is the debris beating those air filters
are going to take.

You could set the bodywork on fire with the turbo glowing red in the dark.
Must look cool!

993...no cats...lots of engine work

air intake filters located right behind rear wheels. I think I would run scoops and piping to the upper bodywork.

appearance slight off due to angle of shot...

interesting - never really paid attention to what a 993 looked like from underneath (i barely look at them from above)

i would definitely shield the tires from the air cleaners - that's just plain dumb

Yes, the air cleaners will need cleaning VERY often, but looking at how exposed the rear wheels are, there was some body work cut away. A standard 993 has a lot more sheet metal, and plastic covers down there.

Xrad, you're going to have to get us more shots of this car!

Look what I found with google!

there are plenty of pics of this beast on the 993 turbo sites....

I would not mind having the power of just 1/2 of that engine.

There is a similar beast in my neighborhood claiming over 900 HP...I have no proof of whether it is true.

Not out of the question for this engine. Longevity is in question.
