<{POST_SNAPBACK}><!--quotec-->some good action movies and pizza with anchoivies will occupy some (most!) of my time....
1) Try to polish the cab window
2) Install my window express modules
3) Install Xpel headlight/foglight film
4) Work on rough install of Strosek splitter
5) Clean the car
6) Adjust exhaust to take care of small knocking during bumps
Wish me luck!<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
Ahh I love days like that!
Here's my suggestion of order:
5,
1, Makes sense to have the car and window clean before you polish the it.
3, same as 1,
6, not sure how long it will take but appears to be a job you can start and finish, dare I say, w/o too many hang ups.
4. shouldnt be a problem.
2, If you dont get to this its no biggie. assuming your windows work.

Im just south of you (MD) and I would love to send some of our ridiculous humidity up your way. We should be getting rain today and, believe it or not, HAIL is expected also. Most of this week has been mid 80s but the humidity has made it feel like 100 or more. Very nasty.

I too am spouseless (?) this week. She's off on a business trip for 10 days in Orlando. Kinda' sucks, but kinda' cool also.
So here's what I'm trying to squish into the off-hours of my time "home alone".
1. Paint is happening. Soon. When and where is another freaking discussion. Many quotes from many shops will certainly ensue. God... why El Paso???
2. A/C overhaul. Compressor ate itself last summer blah blah blah, entire system probably contaminated. Kuehl compressor kit looks good and perhaps a new condensor too?
3. Got the $$$ for a new stereo. Considering in-dash, touch-screen, navi-ready, super ultra mega yada yada stereo system and speakers. Any recommendations???
4. Got the $$$ for fresh a interior. Does anybody make real leather (maybe OEM) seat covers for our cars??? I've found covers for the 928 gang, but nothing for 968. Maybe aftermarket seats might be the better choice and a real weight savings I'm sure!
Most of the above stuff would likely be considered subjective, but that's OK. If you've got experience or opinion, please share it!

Try Automotion.com or GAHH for real leather seat covers. Not cheap and you'll have to do it yourself or take them to an upholstry shop, but look very nice. Sorry, but I have no personal experience...just offering ideas on where to look. May have the need to do this myself soon on another/different 968.
