Hey folks, I am in San Antonio, I have a 1994 Midnight Metallic Blue 968, with a painted rear wing and an LSD.  It has 140k on the clock, and used to be my track car.  I am currently reconditioning it to be a weekend car.

Welcome to the forum Steel997. After youve made about 10 posts i think you can put a picture in the garage section of your profile. How long have you owned the car?

Regards, michael

I've had the car 12 years and it's a coupe.  I bought a 997 and started tracking it, so the 968 is getting some much need TLC.

Well that's interesting and good to hear that after using it as a track car and replacing it with the 997 youve still decided its worth keeping and putting more money into it.

i love the 968, i'll never get rid of it. The 997 is great, probably better in all aspects, but I love the look and feel of the 968.  plus it's a member of the family :-)  her name is Raychel.

Ya, the only problem wih buying a widebody 997 is that the curves of the 968 are just not as special anymore :-)

Yes but not all curves are created equal ; the 968's curves are more Scarlett Johansson-like, while. the 997 "wide body" curves may be more along the lines of ...Oprah's wide body curves.. but hey, to each his own, lol..

There is the Oscar Meir Weiner Mobile. Some might make an analogy between that and Oprah.

Oprah might be a ame for a good diesel truck. The 997 is named Natalie.
