Also, I'm not in a hurry, certain family funds are taking their sweet time to be, uhh, dispersed. You don't want to know. But that's ok, anticipation is half the fun.... <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/whine.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

You sound old enough to realize that anticipation is most of the fun when it comes to new things. We are never satisfied with what we get as soon as we get that special something it's well what's next! Every one on this forum got their car and then started to think about what they are going to do to the car. We thrive on the feeling of anisapation!!!

I'm running stock M030 Koni struts (rebuilt), stock springs/torsions and M030 swaybars with upgraded bushings and links, corner balanced. Still way more body roll than I prefer, so it's back to the drawing board once my wallet recovers from fixing a ton of other things. The suspension on 968s seems really difficult to get working right. That's been my experience so far at least.

In spite of the roll, it still sounds like a very nice set up. If not for anything else but my own edification, is there a larger bar(s) that would be balanced to your set up? What kind of tires and psi?

Moderators; I apologize for using the Introduction sight for more than it is defined to be. But it has proven to me what a great supportive group this is and that really means a lot.

This is what body roll looks like on a 968 with factory Konis and M030 bars... http://www.968forums.com/garage/vehicle/42-porsche/

I'd limit spring rate to 350 on a car driven on the street without JRZs or Motons. I'm like you with my acceptance level, but that's about it without some better shocks.

Joel - that's a great pic illustrating the problem!

Hasbro - Wheels are 18x8 and 10" Carrera 2. I know I need stiffer springs up front, and I think there's a 20mm rear bar out there somewhere that I may look into.
