New 968er in Tulsa
#1

Hi All,

Just want to say Hi to all my fellow 968ers out there. My son talked me into picking up a 968 earlier this year (He has a '92 Maritime Blue Coupe). Mine's a '93 Cobalt Blue with Light Gray/Black interior 6-speed coupe. I'm the third owner. I'm loving it so far. We have a pretty active PCA group here in Tulsa with plenty of tours. Next weekend is a big event for the area. PCA Palooza in Eureka Springs, Arkansas (NW Arkansas in the Ozarks). I hear the area has some of the country's best roads for P-cars. 200 cars are expected. Anyone on this list planning on attending?

Congrats on your decision to purchase a 968. You won't regret it, these are fun, balanced, and fairly rare Porsches in the USA. Be sure to join PCA if you haven't already done so--lots of bennies for very reasonable annual dues.

There's also a 968 register on a separate website where they keep track of coupes and cabriolets.
