I've been doing a lot of reading on past posts and it looks like NADA is the most highly regarded price guide on this board. I am just not sure how to interpret their pricing structure. I put in the required info for a car I am considering and the below pricing is what I got. It's a private sale; asking $9900K OBO. Been on the market for about 6 months. Has 100% maintenance records, all up to date, no leaks, stored in winter, pretty clean. Needs about $500; in mostly the cosmetic department (dings, seat repair, etc). Before I saw the NADA info I looked at Kelley blue book which came in significantly lower ($8900 for excellent condition) and was going to offer $8400. Thoughts & feedback appreciated.
