I've recently purchased this 1994 968, and I'm quite happy with it!





September 2023: somewhere between Berkeley and our home in Portland Oregon.



This 968's drivetrain and suspension are in great shape. I've been working my way through a long list of minor electrical, trim, and upholstery issues as I get to know the car. That's going well, and I'm nearly ready to look into why the cruise control doesn't work, why the headlights don't always park in lowered position when I think they should, and how to reset the airbag warning light (after I remove the instrument cluster to fix/upgrade its lighting). I'm glad to have found this forum, because I'm guessing the best clues for stuff like that are probably here.

You'll need to get the proper diagnostic tool to reset the airbag (Durametric) or take it to a mechanic that has one. Best wishes for getting her fixed-up!
