I love the looks of the hood with those vents , I may eventually decide to source one and switch it with my regular hood.

Beautiful car, and from what I can tell of the ladder on the boulder in the background, a nice swimming lake as well!

Think that's the first time I've seen an engine colored black like that.

Your car is beautiful and that color blue looks amazing. That engine bay is a work of art too and immaculate.

That clear top is original. Mine had it too. Till it starts to leak at the welding- or glueline from clear to black.

Yup, understood. They were the last of the tanks from the 944, until they ran out and started using solid black plastic tanks. Probably upgraded because they were known to leak.

I wonder if fuel tank repair fluid would work, but its worth changing anyway as it has a filter in the bottom you cant remove to clean

you can  remove the filter maybe if you split it , before  cleaning and welding again,  but it will cost sacrifacing one 25€ new reservoir, who knows Smile

Is that front license plate a customized self-adhesive vinyl sticker ,  or , a magnetized appliqué like the numbers decals you put on your car when you track it ?   Huh
